 Lead the creative direction and merchandising process for an established U.S. agent servicing Branded customers such as Steve Madden, Kenneth Cole and MIA in multiple categories and price points.  Successful collaboration with major retailers such as Target, ALDO and Nordstroms to develop exclusive private label designs that meet merchandising needs and business objectives, resulting in increased sales.  Domestic and International travel to major markets to research target markets, recruit 3rd party design resources, forecasting for design concepts.  Solicit input from sales team, retailers and corporate accounts to implement sales strategies, pricing and follow-up needs on a consistent basis.  Produce and present creative concepts through visual media utilizing inspiring and effective communication.
