Daily Duties at Fidelity National Financial:
Reporting to the Customer Service Director. Was asked to help relocate the support center from Olathe, KS. to Santa Ana, CA. Hired and trained the new representatives and worked with the Olathe support center to transition the call from there to the new support center. Provided coaching, when needed and terminations when needed. Prepared daily support KPI reports, weekly KPI report, weekly support report cards, quarterly KPI reports, yearly KPI reports, and demographic reports, on current users and other reports as needed or requested. Attended trade shows and conducted user group. Worked with the development team to resolve known issues to help resolve known issues, with the products to reduce the number of support calls.
