Daily Duties at Tcenthns:
Recruitment functions, hiring, terminations, disciplinary functions, authorship of employee handbook , employee policies, and Security and Procedure manual, employee relations functions, employee benefits and time off policy, HIPAA compliance training and policy authorship, Meaningful Use compliance. Management of employee time and employee records, supervision of all office staff. Supervision of externship programs. Managed Marketing programs, work directly with the Doctor’s as well as the Administrator and outside contractors. Resolution of all Patient complaints and HIPAA compliance issues.
