Daily Duties at Serco, Inc.:

Team Leader of Psychological Health Outreach Team Navy Midwest. Oversaw team of clinicians who provided mental health education and resources to military and families. Researched appropriate resources for those in need across 14 states. Completed reports and provided presentations regarding team activities. Point person for crisis situations. Educated new Commanding Officers regarding program and ensured all were being served with the highest degree of professionalism.
