Daily Duties at Madras Inc.:
Worked on Injection Molds, replaced hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic hoses, replaced filters inside tanks, replaced heat bands,fabriacted safety guards for machines, replaced belts on conveyors, check nitrogen tanks, changed and setup molds in the machines, ran conduit for electrical boxes and wiring, worked on scrap grinders, replaced blades, screens, blowers, filters, hoses, switches on grinders, replaced motors, gearboxes. Done PM's on machines. Hung lights above machines, pumped hydraulic oil out of tanks to replace with new oil. Operated scissor lifts, forklifts, compactors, worked off of ladders. Replaced bearings, mac valves, broken bolts, hydraulic fittings, pumps, air lines, air fittings. Worked on dock plates, overhead doors, tracks for doors, bagger machines, moved equipment, greased and oiled equipment. Use hand tools, power tools, drill press, band saw, lathe, mill, welder, torches. Filled out paperwork to reader parts used to fix machines or needed from work orders.
