Daily Duties at Intermedia Film Equities Usa, Inc. (No Longer In Business):
Responsible for all Accounting and Finance for global 100+ person company including but not limited to Financial Statements for US GAAP, UK GAAP and IAS, all Film Financial Models, Business Plans, Investor Relations, Due Diligence, Tax Planning, Asset Valuation, Strategic Planning, Distribution Strategies, Budget to Actual Analysis, Management Reporting, Bank Liaison for all Production and Corporate Loans, Production Finance, Cash Forecast, Audits, and System Integration. Oversaw credit, collections, contract administration, distribution servicing, participations, music royalties and residuals. Distribution department’s contact person for finance, human resources, contract approval and sales. Work with various lenders; trust account managers and producers to ensure contracts are administrated properly. Numerous special projects.
