Reviewed and modeled business plans for established and start-up film and television studios, home entertainment and new media companies, production companies, and financial institutions. Valued various assets including studio libraries, slate deals for feature films, television series, home entertainment distribution companies and video games companies. Represented clients during negotiations, financing transactions and the syndication of previously valued assets. Expert at modeling and reviewing business plans, financial models and participation calculations. Reported directly to 3 partners of the company.
