Daily Duties at Aspen Consulting:

Responsibilities included directing all software development projects and staff; created functional specifications for A/R, POS, Inventory, Member Management, Prospect Management, Facility and Spa booking, Loyalty and Decision reporting systems; designing and delivering customer service and software training programs including the authoring of user manuals and online help; providing consulting, implementation and training services focused on Information Technology, business operations, and accounting to Fortune 500, Hospital and Fitness Club clients; creating and executing all marketing functions including website creation, high-impact advertising, collateral marketing materials, and public relations efforts. Achieved success demonstrated by substantial increase in new customers as well as customer retention as shown by service based recurring revenues.
