Daily Duties at Spx Clyde Union Pumps S+N:
Design and Engineer Pumps, Reel & Skid Mounted Systems used in Oil & Gas, Offshore and Marine applications.Helped develop Engineering Drawings, Weld Maps, Bill of Materials using Solid Works and perform Calculations as per requirements.Develop Prototypes and perform Functionality & Feasibility tests to provide technical solutions for existing problems• Manage Engineering Change Requests/ Non-Conformance Reports and update KPI dashboards , currently maintaining on-time delivery rate of 93%• Also liaise with Project Management to ensure on time deliverable's for engineering tasks, future goal requirements and risk assessments from projects/ contracts and communicate with Vendors & Customers to make sure all key deliverable's are achieved.Assist with document control for ISO 9001, create Design Data Books, Installation & Operations Manual and other required documents for existing & future projects•Gained familiarity with Industry Codes and Standards like ANSI, ASME, NACE, AWS etc.
