Daily Duties at First Community Credit Union:

Management of operations, overseeing front line underwriting, processing, closing, funding, pre-funding and post closing quality control, compliance, auditing and the execution of mortgage loan sales to Fannie Mae on the secondary market as well as servicing for the real estate department. Other duties include but are not limited to: Fannie Mae and non-conforming front line underwriting which includes collateral review; Supervisory duties: hiring, training, coaching, and developing the staff, managing the REOs, creating and revising loan programs and guidelines, maintaining compliance, products, procedural development for the real estate division, revising and updating the quality control programs to meet the secondary market and regulatory standards, and responding to internal and external audits.
