Daily Duties at Chrysler Group:
Responsible for management of Chrysler's relationship with 17 secondary and rural car dealerships in Idaho, Utah and Nevada. Key responsibilities included: conducted regular business meetings with dealers to maximize retail and wholesale sales, and ensure production goals were met; developed and conducted presentations to sell in Chrysler products and programs; maximized profits for dealers and sales force by encouraging participation in Chrysler incentive programs; built strong relationships with dealers to enhance brand loyalty and profitability; analyzed dealer financials to improve operations; developed marketing campaigns and assisted with dealer's digital marketing plans; managed administrative reporting and analytics to monitor territory performance.
