Daily Duties at Navy Federal Credit Union:

I maintained the integrity of the employees payroll data in the HR system. I administered the the implementation and development of Navy Federals employee payroll earnings and deduction program, taxes and garnishments. I counseled employees on payroll policies and procedures. I managed the PeopleSoft and ADP payroll systems during the Phase I conversion to the PeopleSoft application. Ensured the accuracy and consistency of payroll for a multi-entity company, balancing and reconciling all reports while adhering to standards required by federal agencies. Ran queries to validate payroll relataed data; researched/analyzed data to identify and determine the orgin of discrepancies/issues and the impact throughout the system. Monitored, analyzed and troubleshot problems related to payroll interfaces (i.e.) Benefits and Compensation. Assisted in gap analysis and data mapping between the ADP system and PeopleSoft HR/and Payroll for North America system to facilitate the conversion of hhistorical, current, and future dated transactions for the consolidation to the PeopleSoft HRMS application. Coordinated and planned testing with HRMS functional analyst for system upgrades and enhancement projects. Consulted with Computer Security regarding access for HRMS staff and maintained related documentation. Interpreted and expalined instructions, standards and procedures for Internal Audit and PeopleSoft Consultants.
