Daily Duties at Aero Sat Avionics :
Electro-Mechanical Test Engineer • Design Test fixtures and envelope verification using CATIA and ProE. • Performed ESS testing for production aircraft entertainment antennas, increasing monthly production by $500k. • Developed and Wrote Environment Stress Screening procedures (ESS) Project, which developed a procedure to which implement ESS to detect latent defects in avionics equipment during early development. During Production ESS, trouble-shooted and fix issues.
