Daily Duties at American Title Aquired By Ticor Title Company:
My primary responsibility is to maintain the relationship between the title company and their largest clients namely Washington Mutual at the time. I visit the offices and could answer any questions regarding title as well as follow up on orders. I assisted the escrow division when needed my duties included open new escrows, order title reports, prepare escrow instructions. Review preliminary title reports for issues such as judgments and un-addressed liens, and prepared subordination packages for lenders.
