CTO: 1. Worked with the executive team to define the Business Unit strategic technology roadmap and direction. 3. Assessed/explored new technology and business opportunities, including acquisition assessments. 4. Responsible for developing breakthrough technology from prototypes to production units. 5. Owned SPECT Business IP portfolio and strategic filings. 6. Managed university research sites and technology transfers. 7. Applied industry-academic joint research grants Acting Gantry System Director 1. Managed Camera Systems Engineering which is responsible for both development and release of new gantry systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Motion control/Embedded software) 2. Managed new gantry product releases, current product engineering releases, and obsolescence releases. 3. Work with the Program Management Office and operation to ensure manufacturability, severability and reliability being taken into consideration during the development cycles. 4. Improve product design with good practice tools, such as DFMEA, DFM and Six Sigma tools during the development
