Daily Duties at Nm Business Unit, Philips Healthcare :

1. Directed/drive the execution of sub-system product development and releases (3-4 new major product releases per year) and Manage the sustaining engineering releases and customer support activities (i.e. full life cycle); Products include SPECT/CT, PET/CT and PET/MR) 2. Managed subsystem level product development: Software and Algorithm (applications, GUI and embedded) development in the areas of image generation, imaging processing, image enhancement and image classification for accurate diagnostic and treatment decisions (cardiology, oncology and neurology) 3. Coordinated the development activities to ensure the on-time deliveries with other subsystem groups, marketing, factory, regulatory affair and customer support teams 4. Sub-system Technology development and development platform management 5. build the core comptency and new comptency for the new technology, including talent hiring and contracting. 6. Chaired image quality reviews for the Business Unit and responsible for industry NEMA standard. 7. Participated in (chair in some instances) medical imaging industry standard committee meetings.
