I managed the day-to-day operations with one other assistant principal. I was responsible for the safety and security of faculty, staff and students. I handled all the student discipline and attendance for my section of the alphabet. It was my duty to supervise and evaluate 30 teachers, all the custodians, and several secretaries. I also was the Chair of the School Improvement Committee, developing the School Improvement Plan; the Chair of the Attendance Review Board; and, I was the campus Testing Coordinator, in charge of the state and national standardized testing.
