I was hired to establish a collaborative process to build a better master schedule for the campus and to build the schedule so that remedial, on-level and advanced academic courses would fit together and reduce conflicts for students. It was also my chief responsibility to realize the superintendent's vision of establishing the world-renowned International Baccalaureate Programme (IB) at the campus. I also focused on improving the academic performance for all students and was the lead principal in the school improvement process. I ran the campus in the absence of the Principal.
