I am responsible to ensure that 2400+ students receive a world-class education every day by leading and managing 220+ people to perform their best whether in the classroom or in the office; supervising the instructional and co-curricular programs; monitoring daily operations, ensuring the safety and security of all adults and students on campus; establishing and maintaining a positive campus climate and strong morale among stakeholders.
