Daily Duties at Sikorsky Aircraft:
• Provided weekly presentation to senior management with planning and analysis of cash flow based upon job completion forecasts. • Tracked and reported work-in-progress and completed work to obtain military payments for inspections and program completion as it relates to budget & schedule. • Monitor profitability and margins with cost performance reports • Managed budget versus actual and generated Cost Performance reports. • Used job cost analysis to keep departments focused and on-target with budget projections. • Served as a primary liaison to military personnel and internal accounting executives providing on-going status reports. • Participated on continuous quality improvement/Kaizen teams, resulting in a recognition award. • Reduced unknown forcasted milestone payments from 28% to 10% resulting in more accurately identifying milestones • Weekly power point presentation of milestone payment tracking of each sub system in 53K program to Program Manager and VP of Marines division. • Worked closely with project managers, engineers, procurement, Program Manager Worked closely with project managers, engineers, procurement and program manager.
