Daily Duties at New England Energy Management:
Controller, Managed, staff accountant, 2 untility complance personell, and 3 energy audit analysts. • Developed 13 page financial reporting package used by management for analysis, planning and forecasting • Generated daily Cash Flow report. • Lead budget reporting and monitoring • Filed Sale & use tax for 20 states in compliance with state’s regulations. • Manage all aspects of A/P, A/R & Payroll in QuickBooks system. Worked closely with Staff accountant and utility compliance personnel. • Implemented bi-weekly flash reports for employees which included 30-60-90 day outlook. This help forecast material ordering, billings and A/R management. • HR Director, liaison for benefits, health insurance, company cell phones, Vacation tracking, Key catalyst to Produce 1st employee handbook. • Reduce employee expenses by 20% thru monitoring budgets • Job costing of 200 projects • 1099 preparation • Bank relations liaison • Intercompany transactions with Brazil office • Participated in IS9000 certification • Daily meeting with CFO, VP of sales and VP of operations
