Daily Duties at Kodiak Constructors:

Created a concrete construction division, developed initial baseline schedule including sequencing, duration, logic, cost/manpower loading and subsequent scheduling maintenance. Prepared, implemented and enforced Best Practices including kick-off meeting, MIS requirements, mobilization checklist. Initiated and developed Cost Report from bid estimate. Established phases and monitored all work including QC, safety, scope of work and coordination with other trades. Ability to work effectively with owner, design team, subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate construction activities. Researched, documented and addressed potential problems to maintain project profitability and minimize corporation’s exposure to risk and liability. Managed financial aspects of contracts to protect corporation’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with principals.
