Worked in branch located in Supermarket and spoke with Super Market customers about their banking needs and how PNC financial products may be able to facilitate their needs. Opened checking, savings, money market and CD accounts for PNC Bank customers. Developed financial sheets with customers organizing their expenses and credits on a monthly basis. Educated customers on debit card over draft fees and the ability to opt in or out to certain debit card transactions. Conducted teller transactions in the branch such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and loan payments.
