Daily Duties at Verizon :
Answered calls daily from Verizon customers and consulted them on any billing issues. Conducted all transactions that customers may have needed such as ordering and installing Verizon services or moving their services to another location. Educated all Verizon customers on all Verizon services and made sure they were receiving the best value for their money by recommending certain packages including Television, Internet, Telephone and Cell phone products.
