Home visit for IV home infusion of antibiotics, hydration, pain medications, synchromed pumps, educating patients and members on administration, and noting signs and symptoms of infection, drug reactions, peripheral line infiltrations, and central line difficulties, dressing changes, admissions and discharges, on-call coverage
