Daily Duties at Jamco America Inc.:

1.Manages the electrical design engineering department, which includes aircraft integration/modification, monument design engineers. 2.Standardizes design processes and focuses on implementing best practices to improve efficiency. 3.Interviewing, hiring, appraising performance; rewarding/disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. 4.Participating in the development of work statements and hour estimates in support of proposals. 5. Identifying all risks leading to schedule or cost impact and work around the risk in a timely manner. 6.Providing guidance to direct reports in identifying project resource requirements and aids in integration of multi project elements into a single collective overall project plan. 7.Managing schedule, budget and program deliveries for design, substantiation, and certification.
