Daily Duties at Us Bank:
Managed team of 3 Private Bankers across 3 states (OH, KY, TN). Position eliminated across organization. Individual contributor trained retail business line of about 30 bankers, was requested by D2 managers throughout a multi state territory to support their AGS (Affluent Growth Strategy) and build referral network and COI's, managed accounts for individuals with net worth of $1MM - 10MM, consulted on cash and credit management strategies as well as investment management solutions, coach and mentor younger team members for advancement opportunities, trained over 30 retail branch partners on Private Banking business line, partnerships, products and services available to the branch affluent clients.
