Tracked the locations of 46 vehicles carrying hotshot, HAZMAT and overweight material to seven different project sites across the island. Ensured all shipment deadlines are met. Communicated with associates from other shifts. Compiled and crosschecked weekly time sheets for eight project managers and ten operators working in remote northern locations. Monitored police and oversized escorts running critical project material on 600-mile trips north. Ensured the most efficient movement of finished goods, raw materials, tooling and equipment to the sites. Received,resolved and reported on routine customer & supplier inquiries. Coordinated and affected change in shipment processes to ensure the highest levels of performance in the areas of cost reduction, on-time delivery, availability,lead-times and customer satisfaction Produced six reports each month detailing fuel usage and billable equipment hours used by accounting to invoice clients. Completed daily logs.
