Coordinated the daily operations of the Gedimino-9 shopping center in downtown Vilnius by managing over 50 store tenants, several repair companies and 3-party service providers Prioritized and addressed the daily requirements of representatives from global brands such as JLO by Jennifer Lopez, The Body Shop, and Marks & Spencer. Negotiated with contractors and sub-contractors various renovation and maintenance projects. Assisted in supervising that they all comply with safety and building requirements. Worked on developing new occupancy and marketing policy.
