Daily Duties at Ups:
Responsible for District planning and operational success for Main sorting hub capable of moving 60,000 packages per hour and all large truck movement. Meeting cost and production goals in all areas of operations. This included a major hub with 3 sorts with over 750 employees. Large truck movements to buildings in the Central East Coast, equipment balance, scheduling and staffing of drivers. Other areas of responsibility include package flow, staffing for all operations, planned process rate and time study measurement.
