Daily Duties at Ups:
Responsible for District planning and operational success for Key sorting hub with 2 shifts and 250 people, BWI Airport operations including lift capacity, sorting operations and timely air package movement for 2 districts. Meeting cost and production goals in all areas of operations. Including all large truck movements to buildings in the Central East Coast, equipment balance, scheduling and staffing of drivers. Other areas of responsibility include consolidation and cost cutting of TOFC loads, package flow, staffing for all operations, planned process rate, and time study measurement.
