Daily Duties at Ups:
Responsible for planning and successful operations for the North Division, Delaware Division and Air Division. Including staffing for 11 delivery centers and 550 drivers, 7 delivery AM loading operations and 7 PM reload operations as well as 2 shifts at the BWI airport operations. Other responsibility included cost containment, new delivery equipment ordering, staffing, volume capacity, customer volume movement and distribution for large customers.
