Contract administration team leader for the fast track design-build construction of twenty barracks ($96 M project) which included full documentation management, the facilitation of BCOE design reviews, ensuring project schedule and goals were met, performing and managing submittal reviews, RFI tracking and other data processing, developing, negotiating, and processing contract modifications, processing pay applications, and ensuring contractors full execution of the three phase inspection process (preparatory, initial, and final).
