Executes high quality supportive planning and project management oversight and administration for building repairs, renovations, new construction, land, building, and home purchases and sales, new store leases and renewals, land and building donations for approximately 45 commercial sites (corporate headquarters, churches/community centers, thrift stores, shelters, multi-apartment adult housing, camp facility), and approximately 30 residential sites (homes and grounds).
