Daily Duties at Fidelity National Financial:

Was promoted to this position to train the customers on the use of the program and to provide training to internal support staff, reporting to the SVP of Sales. Training was provided via web based and live. Was also given the management of the customer service department, where established KPI's, and reported the KPI's daily to executive management. Hired, fired, trained, and coached support staff, order entry, and fulfillment teams. Prepared daily support KPI reports, weekly KPI report, weekly support report cards, quarterly KPI reports, yearly KPI reports, daily sales report, weekly sales reports, quarterly sales reports, yearly sales reports, reports showing sales per agent, commissions per agent, revenue reports, and demographic reports, on current users and other reports as needed or requested. Attended trade shows and conducted user group. Worked with the development team to resolve known issues to help resolve known issues, with the products to reduce the number of support calls. Transitioned the call center from Olathe, KS to Honolulu, HI and transitions the reports to another person, when I took another position. Traveled 25% of the time, until April of 2005 and then traveled 75% of the time. Trained new support center staff and trained customers of our website product on how to customize the website to each customers wishes.
