Daily Duties at Fidelity National Financial:
This position was to assist the SVP of Sales, to create a product book, track sales, track sales pipeline, track commissions, and help plan sales meetings. Provided high level support on products to high clients. Given operational management of the call center supporting twelve different products with responsibility for personnel management, resource planning, workflow scheduling, and customer service. Training was provided via web based and live. Was also given the management of the customer service department, where established KPI's, and reported the KPI's daily to executive management. Hired, fired, trained, and coached support staff, order entry, and fulfillment teams. Prepared daily support KPI reports, weekly KPI report, weekly support report cards, quarterly KPI reports, yearly KPI reports, daily sales report, weekly sales reports, quarterly sales reports, yearly sales reports, reports showing sales per agent, commissions per agent, revenue reports, and demographic reports, on current users and other reports as needed or requested. Attended trade shows and conducted user group. Worked with the development team to resolve known issues to help resolve known issues, with the products to reduce the number of support calls.
