Daily Duties at It & Business Consulting:

Help clients in the areas of technology, business start-up, web site design, customer retention, and customer service. Assisted customers with current technology issues, including providing technical support to correct issues, recommended future purchases of technology hardware and software. Provided technical assistance to a client who was creating training video on software product. Provided assistance in creating and starting up a business, to provide assistance to domestic violence survivors. Provided technical support over the phone and visted sites. Assited clients with software traing for business and employees.
