Daily Duties at Pse&G :
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the Demand Response Program. “Cool Customer Program” • Develop demand reduction calculation methodologies, cost effectiveness along with the supporting documentation • Cultivate strategies and assist teams in incorporating demand response/demand reduction and performance monitoring approaches into program designs. • Bid capacity into all applicable PJM markets – strategizing with detailed forecasting for anticipated load. • Communicate proactively and mentor technical and non-technical staff • Worked with Information Technology groups by providing guidance and direction for the development of an end to end process in SAP for this program – I-power, including internal reporting mechanisms. • Analyze and review productivity, resource requirements. Provide integrated financial and operating metrics such as goals performance, resource allocation and optimization to provide value to the business planning process on a continual basis. • Collect, summarize, and analyze various operational data and performance measures using pivot tables, v-lookup, if/then analysis, charts & graphs. Provide information and recommendations that drive improved business results. • Integrate operating information to add value to the business and ensure compliance with company policies
