Daily Duties at Us Navy Det Maintenance:
• Work Center Supervisor, directly responsible for the training of command personnel in the safe loading/down loading and expenditure of live and inert ordnance • Directly responsible for the training of 6 U.S Naval Training Squadron’s in the first approach of newly assigned pilots before becoming a Fleet Operating Force • Quality Assurance Technician/Maintenance Supervisor. Overseeing the periodic and planned maintenance inspections of over 150 aircraft resulting in zero defects, 100 percent aircraft flight hour completion • Re-vamped 22 Programs concerning Aircraft Maintenance and Personnel Management for our biannual Wing Inspection earning No Off Tracks, 2 Need Attention Zero discrepancy • Two deployments to Lemoore California for (CWTPI) Conventional Weapons Testing & Procedures Inspection for Ordnance and Avionics systems as A Team Leader and Quality Assurance Safety Observer for 15 people resulting in a 2 minors and a solid 95 percent above the Fleet Standard and 100 percent qualified personnel • Security Detail includes the integrity of over 600 temporarily assigned aircraft and pilots, the Squadrons well being and the safety/security of 155 personal at all times
