Daily Duties at Independent Contractor:

Assist in the development of Employee Benefits and Compensation: Philosophy, Plan Design, Communications, Administration (drafting Policies and Procedure), and Implementation Planning. Conduct analysis and assessment of Benefit Plans, Policies and Procedures and make recommendations for improvements. Review, draft and edit plan documents. Assist with the development of human capital strategies as they relate to and impact; total rewards, talent acquisiton, retention, performance management, employee engagement, training and development.
