Daily Duties at Panera Bread, Llc:
Manage daily office functions. Assist GM/Plant Manager with any special projects. Screen all calls. Manage daily Production Planning for 75 cafes. Receive and process all cafe orders. Research all invoices, enter into system, get management approvals and then send them to corporate to be paid. Manage supply change receivables and inventory. Reconcile receipts and inventory and provide reporting to corporate and management team weekly. Invoice all billing for extra product purchased by cafes as well as processing all credits due for product refunds. Manage New Hires orientation, Benefits, Employee Compensation etc. Process Payroll weekly. Manage office filing system, maintain files according to DOT, OSHA, FDA etc guidelines. Manage confidential employee files.
