Daily Duties at Ups:
Operations manager for major delivery operation and PM reload operation. Manage 60 delivery drivers, 5 Full time management and 19 Part time management people and an operational budget of $1 million a month. The operational time span of 18 hours achieving cost and operational production goals on a weekly and monthly basis. Cutting cost in all areas including production, safety, and injury compensation.
