Daily Duties at Soltesz:
Responsible for land planning & design using CADD for the preparation of Landscape Architectural plans to support the entitlement application process of Land development activities. Under the supervision of a Project Manger, I was responsible for site planning, Landscape Plans, Forest Conservation Plans, Grading Plans, Earth work computations, Renderings and Exhibits, Sediment and erosion Control Plans, Lighting Plans for multiple projects. prepared Entitlement Application submission packages to various agencies for review.
