Daily Duties at H&R Block:
Managed all aspects of retail franchise operations for H&R Block throughout the Mid-Atlantic. This included operational support, setting system standards, compliance with disclosure documents, location approval, training, operational manuals, policies and procedures, business and marketing plans, store openings, advertising and brand support, vendor product sales, legal, contract administration, and franchise relations. Realized annual growth rates in excess of 20% for three consecutive years with profit contribution from royalties exceeding $50M annually.
