Daily Duties at Lockhead Martin Corporation Ims Division:
Hired to obtain, implement and operate 5 Photo Radar/Red Light contracts for the City and County of Denver, Boulder, the state of Oregon and Washington DC. Key contributor in the response for services (RFS) and request for qualifications (RFQ). Held P&L responsibility for $20M in annual contracts representing 42% of the nationwide revenue for business segment. Oversaw all contract requirements across multiple divisions including customer service, financial processing, equipment maintenance/repair, distribution, production departments, quality control and legal departments. Managed all hiring and staff development,, supervised 50 technical and non technical employees with 8 direct management reports. Worked in tandem with technical staff in various stages of software development activities to improve product line offerings. As this was a new business line, developed all policy and procedures associated with the operations of the Photo Radar/Red Light programs at the time.
