Daily Duties at Bbc, Inc.:
Scope of responsibilities was diverse as this was a small business and required the two principles myself and the CEO to wear many hats. Focus was on profitability to include day to day operations of a custom manufacturing facility. Implementation of sales strategies, Utilization of Lean Manufacturing Principles to reduce defects and improve overall production capabilities. Managed employee training, hire, firing reviews for 30 direct reports. Overseen entire process from point of sale thru product development/design, manufacturing to distribution. Coordinated daily production schedules, collaborated with customers on product development/design. Led Vendor negotiations, managed inventory. Provided strategic planning, business development, project management, human resources and personnel management. Teamed with CEO in accounting/finance operations, budgeting and other financial requirements associated with the various business units. Responsible for manufacturing partnerships in Mexico, Brazil and China
