Daily Duties at Bradley Pharmaceuticals:

Specialty District Manager responsible for managing 12 Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives within New Jersey, New York and Connecticut calling on Dermatologists and Podiatrists. Responsible for candidate recruitment, prequalification and initial face-to-face interview prior to presenting candidates to senior management. Coordinated the execution of written product launch plans, outlining the product launch process in turn presenting launch plans for senior management’s approval. Led product presentations, acted as the corporate liaison at speaking events and round table discussions. Identified targeted areas of opportunities through the performance management process. Authored performance evaluations, provided recommendations for merit increases and Performance Improvement Plans to Regional Director. Analyzed district sales performance and market data to identify areas of opportunity, used to consistently redevelop Plan’s of Action for each Sales Representative and their respective territory.
