Supported steam distribution system to supply steam for plant use Ran boiler as per local mandate guidelines by checking flue gases emission from boiler and adjusting air control Oversaw steam line maintenance and repairs like valve, steam trap, water supply system etc. and kept records Performed preventive maintenance of hydraulic system, air condition system, combustion air fans, pressure gauges etc... and maintained boiler efficiency Operated and maintained chemical feed pump, water pump and maintain water quality by using chemicals to control boiler corrosion Working as Manufacturing Engineer in Explorer, Mountaineer and Sport Track Program for Model 2004,2005 and 2006 in Louisville and St. Louis Assembly Plant supporting wire routing Implemented correct process and Torque in plant on existing product according to customer complaints Developed FMEA and PFMEA for new program for assembly process
