Daily Duties at Dow Chemical Company :

 Working on Green Belt project of heat loss reduction by reduction of steam lines by removing 150 psi line and modifying 400 psi steam line from 10,000 ft. steam line from Oyster Creek plant to Plant-A.  Articulate FMEA for Steam Distribution System and develop EMS ( Equipment Maintenance Strategy) for Steam Distribution System  Lead RCI (root cause investigation) for Water Hammering event on #1250 steam line.  Perform Power-9 HRSG inspection and recommend necessary action to improve performance.  Evaluating pipe specification as per API standard, ASME B31.1 & B31.3 standard for different sites of DOW Company.  Support different future and ongoing projects in steam distribution and trap system e.g. Octene in Tarragona for pumping trap, Styrene, Thailand Project and Deer park project  Apply SiNet Modeling and GateCycle modeling for #475 to resolve issue of pressure and temp. drop steam to Allyl Chloride  Prepare MOC (Management of Change) on process to place steam ejector in service to prevent unit trip on low vacuum in condenser.  Successfully facilitate and lead Combustion & Steam Team, GBMT ( Global Burner Management Team) and FETT (Fired Equipment Technology Team)  Directed and oversaw ongoing projects in steam distribution piping and trap system in Fort Saskchwan (Canada), Tarragona (Germany), and Terneuzen (Netherland) and Deer park (Texas) project  Execution of LPP (Loss Prevention Principle) in operating process and installation of new equipment in reference to EH & S (Environment, Health, Safety)  Support Green Belt project for optimization of steam production as per customer demand at West Virginia plant  Take action to change Burner Management System and carry out process evaluation for use of low NOx burner to reduce emission of NOx SO2, PM to OSHA level  Audit and assessment of implementation of LOPA (Layer Of Protection Analysis) and RCPHA (Reactive Chemical & Process Hazard Analysis) in DOW company through Process Safety Team
