Day to day operational oversight of 18 vehicle emissions testing facilities performing over 1.2M tests annually. 30 Direct reports tasked with ensuring that the State of Colorado Contract as awarded to Envirotest was adhered to and properly implemented. Tasked with ensuring that all government regulations associated with vehicle emissions testing were stringently maintained. Supervise and Train staff. Handle Customer Complaints, Develop Policy and Procedures, Develop Operating Budgets and Ensure Budget Goals were met, Analysis and Appraise the effectiveness of Direct Reports, Conduct Regular audits of remote sites, Quality Assurance Oversight, Point of Contact for Safety Programs and development of Programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and company goals, Represent Envirotest in Government settings to include presentations to legislators as requested. Responsible for formulating and ensuring compliance with program plans, policies, goals, objectives and procedures reflective of corporate requirements and contractual commitments with the State of Colorado. Oversee hiring, training, pay, and retention of competent personnel for the conduct of all functional activities.
